01

Project brief requirements

Start with the product and the buyer.

References are most useful when they are paired with dimensions, functions, quantity and launch context.
Can you develop a handbag from a photo or sketch?

Yes. The best brief includes several views, target dimensions, material direction, required functions, target quantity, price position and launch timing.

Do you offer OEM, ODM and private label service?

Yes. We can develop from your design, adapt an existing Bloomery direction or build a new product from a trend and customer brief.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

Send a reference link or product code, desired dimensions, materials, colors, logo method, quantity per color, destination and target delivery date. You can reply by email with image attachments after the first contact.

02

MOQ and sample planning

Plan quantities and timing together.

Opening quantity, color count, material booking and construction complexity affect the practical route.
What is your minimum order quantity?

Selected existing constructions can start from 100 pieces per color. New structures, special materials, custom hardware and complex packaging may require 150 to 300 pieces per color or more.

How long does a sample take?

A first development sample typically targets 7 to 12 working days after the main materials and construction are confirmed. Special hardware or uncommon materials can extend the schedule.

How long does production take?

The standard bulk-production target is 30 to 45 days after approval. Timing still depends on order size, material booking, construction, hardware and packaging.

Can I order several colors?

Yes. Multi-color capsules are common. We help balance the number of colors against material minimums, shared components and the total opening quantity.

03

Materials, branding and packaging

Define the visible product decisions.

Material direction, logo method, hardware and packaging should be reviewed as one coordinated product brief.
Which handbag materials do you offer?

Common directions include microfiber leather, PU leather, suede-look microfiber, textiles and mixed-material construction. Material choice is confirmed through samples or swatches.

Can you make custom logo hardware?

Yes. Options include metal lettering, plaques, zipper pullers, charms, embossing, foil stamping, woven labels and printed lining. Mold cost and quantity depend on the design.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes. Dust bags, tissue, hangtags, barcode labels, retail boxes, polybags and e-commerce shipping cartons can be developed with the product.

04

Quality and testing

Use approved references as the control point.

The approved sample and written specification guide production review, inspection and any project-specific testing scope.
How do you control quality?

The approved sample and written specification become the production standard. We coordinate material review, production checkpoints and final inspection before shipment.

Can you arrange testing?

Yes. Testing can be coordinated according to the destination market, material, component and buyer requirement. Scope and laboratory cost are confirmed per project.
